How quickly can I expect snow removal services after a snowfall?
We send our crews out when there’s at least 5 centimeters of snow, unless we’ve agreed on something else in your contract. We start cleaning up within 4 to 8 hours after the snow stops. And if the city plows have been through, we’ll come back for another cleanup round if needed.
Do you offer free estimates?

Are seasonal bundles available?
Yes, discounted rates are offered for clients who choose to utilize both lawn care and snow removal services.

What is your payment structure and accepted payment methods?
Clients may choose between cash, Electronic Funds Transfer (E-Transfer) or Cheque for all transactions. Supplies and materials expenses are settled prior to commencement of work, while service fees are invoiced upon completion for landscaping services. Payments, accompanied by a signed contract, are due prior to the onset of the first snowfall for seasonal maintenance contracts. For moving and junk removal services, payment is expected upon arrival, with options including cash or Electronic Funds Transfer (E-Transfer).
